Executive Coaching & Leadership Development
Provided a 10-month executive coaching engagement for a senior IT leader within municipal government focused on leadership effectiveness, communication, stakeholder management, and team engagement.
Impact: Following six coaching sessions, the leader was removed from a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), resulting in an extension of coaching services and increased sponsor confidence.

Currently delivering a six-month leadership development program for a cohort of director-level leaders across the United States and Europe. Angela V. Harris is the Founder and CEO of 2638 Management Group, a leadership development and organizational consulting firm that helps organizations strengthen leadership effectiveness, team communication, and workforce engagement.
A former Fortune 500 technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in the tech sector, Angela brings a unique blend of leadership expertise, coaching, facilitation, and strategic consulting to her work. She has partnered with leaders and teams across corporate, government, higher education, and nonprofit organizations to support leadership growth, improve collaboration, and drive meaningful results.
Angela is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and Project Management Professional (PMP). Through 2638 Management Group, she helps organizations develop stronger leaders, healthier teams, and more sustainable workplace performance.

Our internship program offers students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, coaching, facilitation, and small business operations.
Interns work directly with our Founder and CEO and contribute to meaningful projects that support client engagements, business development, marketing, program delivery, and community impact. This is an opportunity to learn how a growing consulting firm operates while developing practical skills that can be applied across a variety of industries and career paths.
We welcome students and emerging professionals with interests in communications, business, marketing, project management, research, human resources, leadership development, and related fields.
We welcome students and emerging professionals from diverse backgrounds and geographic locations who are interested in gaining real-world experience while contributing to meaningful work.
