Angela V. Harris, ACC, ELI-MP, PMP

Angela V. Harris is the Founder and CEO of 2638 Management Group, a WBENC certified leadership development and wellness firm based in Washington, DC that is dedicated to advancing holistic and equitable leadership across industries. A national thought leader, speaker, and executive coach, Angela helps leaders reconnect with their purpose and shift the energy behind how they lead, so they can create impact without losing themselves in the process.
Named one of the Top 15 Coaches in Washington, DC by Influence Digest, Angela is a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business graduate, NAWBO Greater DC Rising Star Award winner, and SXSW mentor. A breast cancer survivor and former Fortune 500 professional, she brings more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry and a deep understanding of what it takes to lead with clarity, confidence, and balance.
Angela serves as Vice Chair of the Drexel University Alumni Board of Governors and is the founder of the Angela V. Harris Scholarship Fund, which has awarded more than $120,000 to students studying technology. Her work reflects a powerful belief that leadership is not just about achieving results. It is about transforming how we lead, how we live, and how we create impact that lasts.

Executive Coach
Kamella Emmanuel is an executive coach, HR strategist, and leadership consultant with extensive experience supporting municipalities, nonprofits, and corporate organizations. She has been recognized with the Union County Chamber’s 2025 Women of Influence Award and the Rising Star Award for business excellence. Kamella holds the IPMA-SCP HR certification, is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), and a certified Diversity Practitioner. Kamella specializes in experiential leadership development, using tools like the SBI (Situation–Behavior–Impact) model, role plays, and practical frameworks to help middle managers build confidence, belonging, and stronger relationships with peers and senior leaders.
